Restaurant Transformation

A spot that used to be dedicated to Spanish tapas & red wine is now an artisan pizzeria serving high quality drinks and tasty za.

They serve three main styles of pizza. First off is the classicGrandma style by the slice, a rectangular, sauce focused pizza. Next is their take on classic neapolitan called neo-neapolitan which is meant to be slightly less floppy.

Finally we have pizza fritta which is basically like a fried calzone with all of your favorite pizza ingredients stuffed inside. If you’re in the mood for some pizza (like I always am) make sure to check this spot out downtown!
