As you know I’m a bit obsessed with food. Every few weeks I like to share some new restaurants that pop up on our radar. Today is one of those days so let’s get right into it.

El Barril

This tasty place recently moved to Salt Lake City from Sandy. One of my wife and I’s favorite spots. It’s a rare trifecta of ambiance, service, and great food. Would highly recommend the chilaquiles, huevos divorciados, and their coffee!

Cosmica

If you’re feeling a bit fancier and craving Italian, put this one on your list. Top notch environment paired with a classic Italian menu, you can’t go wrong. Sometimes the best places just do the basics the best.

Tuk Tuks

You’ll never hear anyone talk bad about the food here. It’s up there with places like Skewered Thai in contention for the best Thai food in the valley. Of course Pad Thai is the classic go-to but you really can’t go wrong here
