You’ll catch local photographers editing shoots at the window bar, tech founders sketching startup ideas on napkins, and neighbors catching up over a lavender latte and fresh scone.

What makes it special? The coffee itself. Every roast is small-batch, direct-trade, and roasted right here in Utah. Their signature “Starlight Blend” (hints of chocolate and citrus) has quietly built a cult following — and if you’re lucky, you’ll snag a bag before it sells out for the week.

But it’s not just about what’s in the cup — it’s the energy. The walls double as a rotating gallery for local artists, and the baristas know your name by week two. It’s the kind of place that makes Salt Lake feel a little smaller, a little more connected.
