New Latin Restaurant

Even though it’s a bit out of the way, this restaurant’s first location has always made the drive worth it for my wife and I. Guayoyo Cafe is one that you can’t miss.

Now they’re new location on Redwood Road has made their unique cuisine accessible to Salt Lake foodies.

The empanadas are a much try, you can’t go wrong with any of the flavors. If those just aren’t up your alley their sandwiches are super tasty too!

The kicker is their coffee, so creative and always a perfect blend of espresso and another unique flavor.

If you can only try one thing go for the coffee flight, it never disappoints. This paired with a few empanadas and your in for a great meal 😋.

$60 Million Resort

Fall is right around the corner which means more an more Utahns will be headed south for warmer weather soon enough. There’s always the classic places like St. George, Lake Powell, and many of the national parks. But now, there’s a new place to consider.

Zion Canyon Hot Springs is officially open. It sits right by Zion national park in the town of La Verkin.

The expansive project boasts 53 bodies of water including 32 natural springs, barrel saunas, and cold plunges.
